• Q: Why my lap-top do not recognize this DVD drive?
• A: Please charge your lap-top and try it again.
• Q: My Windows 10 computer can not play DVDs, what can i do?
• A: Please install a VLC media player on your computer to play DVDs and CDs if your device system is windows 10 or above.
• Q: Can i use USB hub to connect the machine with my computer?
• A: Please connect the dvd drive directly to computer’s USB port or it can not be recognized or unable to read the CD / DVD.
• Q: My computer can not recognize the drive,what should i do?
• A: Please plug in the external power adapter to increase the power.

Note:

1. SD and TF port can not be used at the same time.
2. The DVD drive is not compatible with TV, tab-let, car player, Chrome-book, surface Pro, Ubuntu.
3. The external DVD CD drive it not compatible with windows 98.
4. Not compatible with USB hub.
5. Maximum read capacity is 8.5G.
